By purchasing, downloading, or using SmartRoute for Gravity Forms ("the Plugin"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Plugin.
SmartRoute for Gravity Forms is a WordPress plugin that automatically routes Gravity Forms notifications to the appropriate recipients based on form answers and a CSV contact list.
The Plugin requires an active installation of WordPress and Gravity Forms. We do not provide support for third-party plugins or themes.
The free version of SmartRoute is distributed under the GPL v2 (or later) license and is available on WordPress.org. You may use, modify, and redistribute it subject to the terms of that license.
A Single site license grants you the right to install and use the premium version of SmartRoute on one (1) WordPress site. The license is non-transferable without our prior written consent.
An Agency license grants you the right to install and use the premium version of SmartRoute on an unlimited number of WordPress sites that you own or manage on behalf of clients.
All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes (VAT, etc.), which will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Licenses are billed annually and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will receive an email reminder 7 days before renewal.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with SmartRoute for any reason, contact us at hello@wp-smartroute.com within 14 days and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

Support covers installation, configuration, and bug fixes related to the Plugin. It does not cover customisation work, third-party plugin conflicts, or issues caused by modifications to the Plugin's code.
SmartRoute is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Plugin will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Route shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Plugin, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Plugin in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to terminate your license if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Plugin and delete all copies from your systems.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your customer account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Your continued use of the Plugin after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
